Our services include:

Business Mailing Address and Mail Forwarding

Your business mail is received by a CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency), which distinguishes it from a PO Box. Your address will include a street address and in most cases a box number, but is NOT a PO Box. Your CMRA accepts mail and packages on your behalf and can forward them on to you as often as you designate. We offer the additional service of a weekly email informing you what you have in your box, in case you want to select which items to have forwarded. The price of mail forwarding varies from location to location, and is not included in the price of your office. 

Local Telephone Number and Permanent Call Forwarding

Any of our local numbers can be set up to forward to a number of your choice, whether it be your cell phone, home phone, business phone, or a voicemail box.

Voicemail Box

Any of our telephone numbers can include a voicemail box that can be accessed remotely 24/7, at your leisure. Additional voicemail boxes are available if needed for an extra fee.

Instant Voicemail Notification

Our voicemail boxes can be set up to notify a telephone, cell phone or pager number of your choice any time you receive a voicemail.

Personalized Live Telephone Answering

Any of our local telephone numbers can ring to our front reception desk here at the Bellingham Towers. Your call will be answered in the greeting of your choice, which is set up to appear for our receptionists when a caller rings your number. We will let your callers know that you are not available or not in the office at the moment, send them to voicemail, give them an email address or additional contact information "for the day", or answer their questions according to your specifications.

We can give you an email account with our domain name, yourname@crownoffices.com.

Conference Rooms

Our conference rooms are available here or in select markets for hourly rate.

Local Fax Number

Local fax numbers are available which we can set to forward to your fax machine. We can also set up a local fax number that will forward your faxes directly to your email address. 

Email Notification

For an extra monthly fee, your voicemails can be instantly sent to your email address attached as a .wav file so that you can listen to them on your computer without dialing into our voicemail system. This option is especially valuable for our international customers, who can bypass the need to make an expensive international call to retrieve voicemail. Email Notification is also quite helpful for those who travel frequently.

For an hourly fee, our office support staff is happy to assist you in meeting your business needs.
