FAQ
Are there people at Virtual Offices Anywhere that I can talk to?
YES! We are committed to offering our customers personal service. We are here to help you and work with you and welcome your emails or calls. You can email us anytime at crown@crownoffices.com or call us toll free at (877) 733-0001 from 9:00 to 5:00 PST.
Can Virtual Offices Anywhere provide a virtual office at any location?
Virtual Offices Anywhere can provide a business presence in almost any market or town, large or small, in the United States and Canada.
Do I have to make a long-term commitment to Virtual Offices Anywhere?
NO! There are no long-term commitments to make. We only require a 30-day written notice if you should decide to cancel our services.
How long does it take to get my virtual office?
We can get your virtual office up and running in just a matter of days. Usually within 3-5 business days we will be able to provide you with your new virtual office information.
Is the address I get for my virtual office a post office box?
NO! Your address will not be a post office box. We work with mailing agents in most markets which means you will get a street address and usually a box number, but generally it will not be for an office building where your customers can visit/do business.
What if I have a need for a service that does not show up in the package I want?
Our packages usually cover the needs of our customers; however, if you do have a need for something a bit different, we are willing to customize our packages. Talk to us about what your specific needs are and we will work together to find a solution.
Are there any drawbacks to a virtual office?
YES. A virtual office is, as the name implies, a ‘virtual place’ for you to do business. It is a great way to enter a specific market, the North American market, or to have multiple business locations, but it isn't right for everyone. Your customers won't be able to go to your virtual office and meet with you. We do offer some conference rooms for use throughout the US and Canada, but these are in select locations and on a case-by-case basis. A virtual office will allow your customers to call you on a number that is local for them, speak to your receptionist, and reach you in multiple ways. They can also send you mail at a local address which will be forwarded to you wherever you are.
